Texas A&M University prohibits smoking and all forms of tobacco on University Property. The University has a vital interest in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for its students, staff, faculty and visitors. Per Texas state law, unless a person is active military personnel, it is illegal for persons younger than 21 years of age to purchase cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or tobacco products.
