Housing Application Phases & Instructions
Application Phases
Our housing application moves through several phases to make the process smooth and transparent for all students. Each phase guides you through key steps—from submitting your application, to selecting your room, to finalizing your assignment. Be sure to check your applicant portal regularly for deadlines, updates, and next steps to ensure you don’t miss important opportunities along the way.
How to Access Your Housing Application
Accessing your housing application is quick and easy. Simply log in to your applicant portal using your NetID and password, then navigate to the Housing section to view your application, check your status, and complete any required steps.

3. Indicate your LLC interest by opting in or out (as applicable).

All other students will have rooms auto-assigned, considering their roommate group (if formed) and hall preferences, after priority selection is finished.
Instructions:
For students with Priority Permanent Housing status:
1. Monitor your email for your room selection timeslot.
2. Log into myHousing Portal at the assigned time.
3. Choose an available room and confirm the selection.
For all other students:
1. No action needed during room selection; Residence Life will auto-assign you based on your Phase II preferences and Phase III roommate group (if applicable).
2. You will receive your final room and roommate assignment notification afterward.
