CONFERENCE & GUESTS
Conference & Guest Services is dedicated to providing Texas A&M departments, current students, and visiting high school students with guest housing arrangements for any camps, conferences, or other short-term stays.
If a visit to Aggieland is in your future, we welcome you to stay with us. Our residence halls and apartments are clean, comfortable and located within walking distance of campus academic buildings, the Memorial Student Center, the Recreational Center and athletics facilities.
We offer housing for conferences, and guest housing for individuals or families. Explore our year-round and summer housing options.
New Student Conference (NSC) Overnight Accommodations
The Department of Residence Life invites you, family members and friends to stay in on-campus conference housing during your New Student Conference (NSC).
Adult & Youth Conferences
A conference may involve a few people, or several hundred people. It may last for one night, or multiple weeks. Accommodations are arranged by a sponsor. Whatever your needs, we will work hard to provide a safe, comfortable place to stay, and connect you with top-quality dining services.
Residence Life’s Conference & Guest Services is able to offer camps and conferences residence halls and apartment accommodations from late May through August.
Aggie Hostel
Temporary summer housing for students needing housing before or after attending Fish Camp, international students needing temporary housing upon arriving in the U.S., or students in town for other academic-related reasons during the summer.
Guest Apartments
Residence Life is able to house individuals visiting the university for academic purposes or other university-related business, including guests sponsored by Texas A&M University on a daily or monthly basis. Apartments are offered at competitive prices to meet your guest housing needs.
