This dorm is located on the northside of campus, putting residence near the Northside garage, the Hullabaloo Starbucks, and Sbisa dining hall. Neeley Hall is named after M.J. Neeley ’22 and was constructed in 1980. Mr. Neeley graduated with a degree in textile engineering. He built his wealth from the ground up, starting in the transportation industry and expanding into the financial sector. Mr. Neeley was a firm believer in Texas A&M students developing their oral and written communication skills and devoted much of his free time to mentoring students in these areas.

2017: Complete interior patching and painting of all student rooms and common areas, Installation of vinyl wood plank flooring in all student rooms. Replacement of all hallway and common area carpet. Replacement of all window blinds. Addition of ADA accessible rooms and bathrooms. Added community kitchen/study area, All student rooms entry doors replaced.
2016: Complete heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system replacement. LED lighting upgrade.
2014: New flooring in laundry room.
2024: Fresh coats of paint on all floors.
