Tours are available weekdays from August 24, 2026 through December 18, 2026. We will be closed September 7 and November 25-27 in observance of University holidays. Walk-Ins are welcome if you do not have a chance to pre-register.

Residence Hall Tours
Northside Residence Hall Tours
Tours leave every hour on the hour, Monday – Friday, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., with the last tour leaving at 4 p.m.
Tours leave from the Live Oak Lounge (Room 100) in Hullabaloo Hall, located across the courtyard from the Starbucks. You will see a model room representing each of the following housing styles: Balcony, Corridor, Modular, Ramp, and Hullabaloo 4-person suite. Tours will last approximately 1 hour.

Parking
“Pay-to-Park” options are available in Lot 30c (5-minute walk), Northside Garage (10-minute walk), or University Center Garage (15-minute walk). Visit Visitor Parking for more information on visitor parking.
Southside Residence Hall Tours
Tours leave every 30 minutes, Monday – Friday, from 12 – 5 p.m, with the last tour leaving at 4 p.m.
Tours leave from the Commons lobby, located across from the golf course. You will see a model room that represents our four Commons residence halls connected to the community lobby. Tours will last approximately 45 minutes.

White Creek Apartment Tours
Tours leave every hour on the hour, Monday – Friday, from 12 – 5 p.m., with the last tour leaving at 4p.m.
Tours leave from the White Creek Community Center, located across from the White Creek Apartments. You will see a model room that represents a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit, and our tour guide will share more information on other floorplans. Tours will last approximately 45 minutes.

Parking
“Pay-to-Park” options are available in Lot 122a and 122b (5-minute walk) or on main campus at University Center Garage. Aggie Spirit Bus #3 will take you to White Creek Community Center. Visit Visitor Parking for more information on visitor parking.

Gardens Apartments Tours
The Gardens Apartments is one of our on-campus communities available to graduate students, married students, students with children, international students, U.S. veteran students and upper‑class undergraduates. To schedule a tour of the Gardens Apartments, please contact the Gardens Apartments Office at 979.845.2261.
Tours will last approximately 30 minutes.
Meet at the Gardens Apartments Community Center. There is 30 minute parking available at The Gardens Community Center.
