The term “solicit” is defined as advertising, the taking of orders, sales, donations, proselytizing, campaigning (political or other), collection and distribution of literature. Door-to-door solicitation by individuals, non-residence hall organizations or companies is prohibited in the residence halls. If you are approached by sales personnel, do NOT allow them to enter your hall or room and inform UPD at 979.845.2345 or the Corps Area Housing Office at 979.845.3443 immediately.
