HOUSING APPLICATION PROCESS

With few exceptions (all scholarship requirements), Texas A&M does not require our students to live on-campus, so it’s a choice. Housing is done on a first-come, first-served basis, and we close housing (move to the Wait List) when we have reached our maximum occupancy.
Typically, this happens in February for the Fall term and December for the Spring term.

Learn everything you need to know about the different housing contracts and application processes available to you as an incoming Aggie or a Returning on-campus student.
