Haas Hall
Hass Hall is a modular-style residence hall located on the Northside of campus and features double-occupancy rooms with private bathrooms and single-gender assignments by room. The hall includes 164 rooms across four floors and offers individually controlled air conditioning for added comfort. Residents also have access to a community kitchen, water bottle refilling stations, and a TV lounge. Conveniently positioned near the Northside Garage, Hullabaloo Starbucks, and Sbisa Dining Hall, Hass Hall provides both comfort and easy access to key campus locations.

Hall Namesake
Haas Hall is named after Richard E. “Dick” Haas ’47 and was constructed in 1979. Mr. Haas is a native of Corpus Christi, Texas. Mr. Haas is well known not only because of his business success, but because of his generous support of Texas A&M. He is a leading independent oil and gas operator, owns a pipeline company and land cattle company.
