- 2015: Renovated laundry and TV/Study lounge and student room for ADA Accessibility, Renovated all interior finishes in Ramps A-E.
- 2014: Renovated all interior finishes in Ramps F-K.
- 2023: Central heating ventilation, and air conditioning system install in all rooms (removal of all window air conditioning units from all rooms). We installed new beds. The Walton Hall HVAC project provided centralized HVAC throughout the complex.
