RENOVATIONS
Every year, our campus buildings undergo renovations to serve better Aggies living on campus.
We are thrilled about the unique opportunity to update the building systems to include a more insulated envelope, efficient water distribution systems and heating, cooling, and ventilation with greater fresh air distribution, as well as state of the art lighting and power systems that deliver a huge impact on energy consumption.

Our bathrooms are newly renovated, ADA accessible with smooth surfaces and large space.
IMPROVED SECURITY
The vision of the Department of Security and University Police is to be a world-class model for public safety amongst universities.
STATE OF THE ART FACILITIES
There are four Community Learning Centers located conveniently in each residential housing area. Inside you will find computers, printers, workstations, and a quiet environment to work and study.
MODERN KITCHEN
Our newly renovated kitchen is fully furnished with Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage disposal, and more.
