Neeley Hall
Neeley Hall is a modular-style residence hall located on the Northside of campus and offers double-occupancy rooms with private bathrooms, assigned as single gender by room. The hall includes 134 rooms across four floors and is conveniently situated near the Northside Garage, Hullabaloo Starbucks, and Sbisa Dining Hall. Neeley Hall features a TV lounge, water bottle refilling stations, and a community kitchen, along with access to multiple study rooms and a living-learning program that supports academic and community engagement.

Hall Namesake
Neeley Hall is named after M.J. Neeley ’22 and was constructed in 1980. Mr. Neeley graduated with a degree in textile engineering. He built his wealth from the ground up, starting in the transportation industry and expanding into the financial sector. Mr. Neeley was a firm believer in Texas A&M students developing their oral and written communication skills and devoted much of his free time to mentoring students in these areas.
