Hall Namesake

Fowler Hall is named after Thomas W. Fowler ’43 and was constructed in 1964. Mr. Fowler entered Texas A&M in 1939 and received a B.S. degree. He was killed on June 3, 1944 while leading a tank platoon in Rome, Italy. He was posthumously awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for gallantry in action at Carano, Italy, on May 23, 1944. Fowler Hall is one of the halls that makes up the ‘FHK’ Complex.
