For Corps Halls Only

Early Arrival is defined as when a student would like to arrive to move in to on-campus housing earlier than the official opening/move-in date outlined in their lease agreement/contract. Approval must be obtained prior to arrival and move in and there is a fee assessed for each day they are living on campus before the official opening/move-in date.

Corps halls have an official date every semester when they open for occupancy. If a cadet needs to arrive to move in before the official opening date, they must be on the Approved for Early Arrival list provided to Residence Life by Corps of Cadets Operations & Training. Any cadet not on this Approved for Early Arrival list will not be allowed to arrive or move in early unless they contact Col. Starnes at gstarnes@corps.tamu.edu and receive approval from him.

All Corps hall residents must complete a mandatory online Annual Housing Orientation prior to moving into their room. Refer to How-To’s & Procedures > Annual Housing Orientation for more detailed information.
