Customer requests (work order requests) for residence hall repairs can be submitted from your computer. You access this from our departmental website at http://reslife.tamu.edu/ by clicking on SUBMIT A WORK ORDER on the left-hand menu. You will find step-by-step instructions for using the online system, which need to be followed exactly to make it work. This includes custodial cleaning needs.

Paper forms submitted to the Area Office will also be accepted; however, we are hopeful that most students will have computer access and will prefer this quicker and more convenient way of electronically submitting requests. We are committed to providing you with a timely response to your repair needs and believe this electronic system will assist us in this commitment.
