ATTENTION!!! Texas A&M University has executed the Master Ground Lease as well as Master Development Agreement for the land where the Avenue A, College View, Hensel Apartments and the Community Center are located. This development has commonly been referred to as Campus Point. All of the Avenue A, College View and Hensel apartments will be vacated by May 31, 2012. If you are a new applicant to the University Apartments and plan to reside here past May 2013, you will need to select at least one of the Gardens Apartment options in order to be offered an apartment. |
