Placement Services at the SWACUHO Annual Conference

SWACUHO provides a placement service for those who attend the annual conference. The services offered in the Placement Center are free, and all attendees are encouraged to stop by and see what is offered. The Placement Center is open throughout the conference. Placement hours will be announced in the SWACUHO Conference Schedule.

How to use the Placement Center as a Candidate or Employer

Please feel free to register yourself as a candidate or to register a position vacancy with the center immediately upon arrival to the conference so visibility is maximized. Registration forms will be available at the Placement center.

To register a position that you wish to post at the conference please complete a posting form found under the Position Listing Service (located above). Once this form is completed it will be posted on the Listing site and also will be posted at the conference. Employers are encouraged to bring institutional as well as departmental informational pieces for the candidates to read.

To register as a candidate please complete a candidate application. Candidates are encouraged to bring a minimum of 25 resumes.

The Placement Center will offer mailboxes for candidates and employers to communicate through. The interview process is very informal. No interview rooms are provided during the conference. Candidates and employers will each have files containing relevant information.

Please direct all questions or comments to Hayley Jobe (Hayley_Jobe@tamu-commerce.edu).
