ACUHO-I would like to raise awareness of the recent decision by the US Government to require air travellers going to a US destination to present a valid passport beginning January 23, 2007. This will affect the following air travellers:

1. All non-US residents travelling to a US destination
2. US residents returning to the US from a non-US destination

We would encourage ACUHO-I members that plan on travelling by air to the US to take steps to ensure passports are up-to-date and valid. Further information can be found on the US Customs and Border Protection website.
