Housing Security Deposit and Application
- Summer School Housing -

Students who already have a housing deposit on file (currently live on campus or have applied for fall 2008 on-campus housing) DO NOT need to submit another deposit for summer. However, for students who do not have a housing deposit on file, please send a $300.00 USD deposit with a $25.00 USD application fee payable to TAMU with the summer housing application. The University retains this deposit while the student lives on campus. This deposit is used against unnecessary wear or damages to the room, to deter against late reservation cancellations, and to maintain applications in the active file. The deposit is NOT applied to residence hall room rent. Due to the short time frame for summer school housing, we are not able to accept waiver requests for the $300.00 USD housing deposit.
