- The Conference Coordinator (CC) is a graduate student assigned to oversee the residence hall. The CC will contact the sponsor to make the final housing arrangements seven to ten days prior to arrival.

- The Conference Coordinator and Conference Assistants will provide assistance to the guests in the residence hall during the conference and will finalize housing billing information with the department sponsor following the conference.
