Sponsorship
  • All groups being housed are required to have a sponsoring university department that assumes complete responsibility for the participants and overall supervision of the conference.

  • In accordance with University Rule 11.99.99.M1 and University Standard Administrative Procedure 11.99.99.M1.01, all youth camps, and enrichment programs, involving participants under the age of 18, must receive administrative approval. For more information on approval of camps and enrichment programs see http://camps.tamu.edu/. Housing reservations for programs involving minors can not be finalized until administrative approval of the camp or program is confirmed.

  • Housing accommodations may be requested by submitting the Summer Conference Housing Reservation Request form for each individual conference/camp.

  • Texas A&M University does not assume any responsibility for accident, illness or property loss and has no insurance to cover these contingencies.

  • The sponsoring department will be responsible for cost of all damages and excessive cleaning needs to rooms and public areas that occur during or are found after the conference/camp.
