Conference Housing Fees
Sponsors/Departments must provide Conference Services with a University Billing Account Number.
Billing for lodging, damages and/or extra cleaning charges, and other additional fees will be sent to the university sponsor by Residence Life Business Office. Payment must be made to that office within thirty days after billing date. Billing discrepancies must be reported in writing within fifteen days of invoice date.

Lost Keys and Access Cards Fees
Keys or cards not returned more than seven days after departure will be billed to the university sponsor. Lost key and card charges are

Late Cancellation Fee
If housing for an event is cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the starting date, the sponsoring organization will be charged 50% of the rate for one night's lodging for the total number of beds reserved.
Late Guest Number Reduction Fee
If the event reduces their housing numbers by more than 50% less than fourteen (14) days prior to it's starting date, the sponsoring organization will be charged 50% of the rate of one night's lodging, for the total number of reduced beds from the room block that is being held.
Late Guest Addition Fee
If within seventy-two (72) hours of the conference start date, the sponsor requests five (5) or more additional rooms, the converence or camp will be billed an additional surcharge of $35.00 for each additional room. This cost is to cover additional work by staff for extra time and labor that is involved.
