Conference Housing Fees

Sponsors/Departments must provide Conference Services with a University Billing Account Number when submitting the housing request.

Billing of lodging, damage and/or extra cleaning charges will be sent to the university sponsor by Residence Life Business Office, 1253 TAMU. Payment must be made to that office within thirty days after billing date. Billing discrepancies must be reported in writing within fifteen days of invoice date.

Lost Keys and Access Cards Fees

Keys or cards not returned more than seven days after departure will be billed to the university sponsor. Lost key and card charges are USD $45.00 per room key and USD $10.00 per access card.
