Sponsors must provide two adults (counselors) for every 15 youths to reside in the residence hall. The university sponsor is responsible for insuring members of the youth groups use care with the facilities, furniture, equipment and in respecting the privacy of other guests. Counselors are required to live on the assigned floor with youths, and accompany them, at all times. The sponsor will be billed for any identifiable damage or loss incurred, because of actions of a group member(s).
