Guests are advised not to bring valuables or excessive amounts of money to campus. Texas A&M does not assume any responsibility for accident, illness or property loss and has no insurance to cover these contingencies. Guests are urged: 1) to keep the room locked always even if absent for only a few minutes or when sleeping; 2) not to leave purses, wallets or money in the room; 3) to call the conference staff or the Commons desk immediately to report any missing items, or suspicious persons or activities; 4) not to prop open doors leading to the outside; 5) return room keys and access cards to the university sponsor for the group.
