- Conference housing is available from early June to early August.
- Guests are charged for the full conference period, according to beginning and ending dates requested by the Sponsor, including weekends and holidays.
- Single occupancy rooms are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- Disability/accessible rooms and first floor rooms are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Guests with actual physical impairments, that limit them climbing stairs, have priority for first floor rooms. Age is not considered an impairment.
- Telephones can be requested by sponsors, but are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Local telephone service is available in all rooms.
- Micro-fridges can be provided to guests or sponsors, at request, for a added fee of

- Hospitality Rooms used for non-sleeping needs (gathering space, camp offices, stores or storage) will be billed to the Sponsor as a single room/per night.
- Check out time is before noon unless prior arrangements are made by Conference Services.
- For your convenience, your residence hall staff may provide luggage storage within the residence hall, so all guest rooms are cleared before noon.
