- Conference housing is available from early June to early August.
- Guests are charged for the full conference period, according to beginning and ending dates requested by the Sponsor, including weekends and holidays.
- Single occupancy rooms may be requested, but are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- Disability/accessible rooms and first floor rooms are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Guests with actual physical impairments that limit them climbing stairs have priority for first floor rooms. Age is not considered an impairment.
- Telephone lines in rooms can be activated for an added fee of

$150.00/room. Requests must be submitted at least two full weeks in advance. Once activated, local phone service is available and long distance calls can be made with calling cards. Phones can be provided or guests can connect a phone of their own.
- Mini-refrigerators can be provided to guests or sponsors for an added fee of

$40.00 each. Subject to availability.
- Hospitality Rooms used for non-sleeping needs (gathering space, camp offices, stores or storage) will be billed as a single room/per night.
- Check out time is before noon unless prior arrangements are made by Conference Services. If needed, luggage storage within the residence hall can be requested for guest rooms to be cleared before noon.
