- the number of double and single rooms,
- a list of youth counselor names (for youth groups), and
- the number of special needs rooms (disability or hospitality).
Two days prior to guest arrival:
- pick up floor rosters/floorplans and keys/outside door access cards from the Conference Coordinator
Day of guest arrival:
- assign and check guests into the residence hall and distribute keys and access cards to your guests,
- give the Conference Coordinator a completed roster of counselors and guest names and room assignment numbers within 24 hours after check-in.
Day of guest departure:
- return keys and access cards and guest evaluations
One to two days following guest departure:
- meet with Conference Coordinator to confirm final lodging numbers, fees, and see damages billing information.
- sign the final billing summary, indicating your acknowledgement of these charges.
