Due to the high demand of undergraduate students for housing, unmarried graduate students are not eligible for on-campus housing, except during the spring and summer.

The University Apartments are available for graduate students, single-parent families, married students, or single undergraduate students without children who are sophomore, juniors or seniors (College Avenue only).
