What are the Legacy Rate residence halls?

We have two styles of hall included in the Legacy Rate - the Commons and the Modular Style. Choose one of these options above to see information about amenties and features for each of these style halls, as well as a listing of the individual halls for that style. You can also see more rental rates, including rates for residence hall singles and/or apartments (if available), room dimensions, photos, virtual tours, floor plans, and maps for each style of hall.

So what are Commons Halls and Modular Style Halls?

Commons Halls are suite-style with two rooms connected by one bathroom and are located only on the south side of campus. We referr to them as "commons-style" because they are a group of four halls which share a common lounge/snack/relaxing area. They are the second largest sized rooms offered on campus and have an inside hallway. | more

Modular Style Halls are the largest sized room offered on campus. They have an inside hallway, carpet in each room and private bathrooms for each room. We referr to them as "modular-style" because of their modular-type construction. | more
