What are the Heritage Rate residence halls?

We have two styles of hall included in the Heritage Rate - the Balcony Style and the Corridor Style. Choose one of these options above to see information about amenties and features for each of these style halls, as well as a listing of the individual halls for that style. You can also see more rental rates, including rates for residence hall singles and/or apartments (if available), room dimensions, photos, virtual tours, floor plans, and maps for each style of hall.

So what are Balcony Style Halls and Corridor Style Halls?

Balcony Style Halls are suite-style with two rooms connected by one bathroom and are located only on the north side of campus. We referr to them as "balcony-style" because each room opens to an outside balcony which runs the length of the entire hall, similar to an old-style Ramada Inn Hotel. | more

Corridor Style Halls have community baths with two large facilities with private showers on each floor. These halls also have bunk-style beds. We referr to them as "corridor-style" because of their long single inside hallway per floor. | more
