Hughes suites are single suites with a limited number of apartments available
Private bathrooms; cleaned weekly

Room lofts allowed, however not practical in balcony-style halls
Painting allowed
Rooms open onto a front balcony
TV/Study lounge
Vending machines
Basic cable included
Public hallway phones on each floor or ramp
