History - Crocker Hall

Crocker Hall is named after Norman G. Crocker and was constructed in 1942. Mr. Crocker was born January 19, 1890 near Center, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University from September 1912 to December 1917. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in December 1917. Mr. Crocker drowned when the Tuscania ship was sunk by a German submarine on February 5, 1918 thus becoming the first Aggie to be killed in World War I.
