Reminders! On Campus Apartment-Style Living!

All students should remember that the On-Campus Residence Hall Contract is for a full academic year (August thru May) and there is a surcharge equal to 50% of one semester's rent. Plus you will lose your deposit if you choose to break the contract.  Exceptions will be granted for students who will graduate at the end of the fall semester, participate in cooperative education, student teach (out-of-area) or study abroad programs for the spring semesters if written verification is received in the Housing Assignments Office by November 15th.

Those students who are considering breaking the contract in order to move off campus for the spring semester, including membership in a fraternity or sorority should consider living off campus for the fall semester so as to not incur this penalty.
