Once a student receives on campus housing, a student may reside on campus as long as the student is enrolled in at least nine credit hours at Texas A&M University or is enrolled in the Blinn TEAM Program. Spring residents who wish to live on campus for the following academic year will be required to renew their housing contracts in late February or early March.
