Designed with you in mind, a portion of the Common's downstairs has been reopened for student use. Resembling study hubs off campus, Studio12 is packed with deep couches and comfortable chairs just right for studying or meeting up with friends. It is equipped with wireless internet http://tamulink.tamu.edu/, 55" flat panel screen TV and a coffee bar.

Studio12 hours:
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 2 a.m
Saturday and Sunday: 12 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Studio 12 is closed when the residence halls are closed.

Studio12's Coffee Bar "Common Grounds" hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 6 p.m. - 12 a.m.

"Common Grounds" features:
Pura Vida Coffee (hot and iced beverages) - certified fair trade and certified organic products. Also serving Grab 'N Go items such as salads, sandwiches, pastries and cold beverages.

Studio12 reservations:
Throughout the academic year, Studio12 is normally common space open to University students, faculty, and staff used for dining and private/group studying, but it may be reserved for certain events. All events must be free and be open to the public. During the summer, the space is often rented by conferences and camps through the Department of Residence Life Conference Services. | More information and view agreement
