University Apartments units are available for graduate students, single-parent families, married students, or single undergraduate students without children who are sophomore, juniors or seniors (College Avenue only). These apartments consist of 157 furnished two-bedroom units, 88 unfurnished two-bedroom units, 321 furnished one-bedroom units, and 84 unfurnished one-bedroom units. The apartment complexes are located on University Drive across from campus, are managed on-site by Department of Residence Life staff, and student concerns are represented by the University Apartments Community Council.
