University Apartments residents must be full-time graduate or undergraduate students at TAMU enrolled in a degree producing program. Undergraduate students must be "in good standing" with the University on all conduct and grade matters. | More
The apartment complexes are located on University Drive across from campus, are managed on-site by Department of Residence Life staff, and student concerns are represented by the University Apartments Community Council.
