The Resident Advisor (RA) will be one of the most helpful and resourceful people students will interact with at A&M. These individuals have been carefully selected because of their leadership potential, interpersonal skills, positive attitudes, and sense of commitment. As peers, RAs are a basic source of information and referral help and assist residents in adjusting to campus life, including academic concerns, roommate relationships, homesickness, and other matters. The RAs overall responsibility is to provide leadership and support to all residents of their community.
