
Full time custodial and maintenance personnel are employed by the Department of Residence Life. The custodians are responsible for normal cleaning duties in the residence halls and the University Apartments. The maintenance staff are responsible for making minor repairs in the residence halls and the University Apartments. Additionally, facilities such as telephones, ResNet (Ethernet), recreational areas around the halls, building renovations, furniture purchases, the card access security system, and fire alarm/detection systems are all coordinated from this office.
